About the Event
Encore Leadership Initiative
Encore Leadership Initiative for Teens (Ages 15-17) – Free
This program is crafted for aspiring leaders in theatre, offering hands-on training in collaboration, communication, and mentorship. Teen participants take on leadership roles, guiding younger students while refining their own skills in stagecraft, rehearsal leadership, and community engagement. In lieu of tuition, students contribute by promoting Tandem Theatre and its programs, including ticket sales, mentoring younger actors, and participating in Theory of Relativity. Students will receive a certificate of completion signed by Executive Director of EdAdvance, Jonathan Costa.
